At Mecca Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Ensure items are in their original packaging; please note that for food safety reasons, roasted coffee must be unopened and sealed.

  • 3.
    Ship Items Back

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
